Training and Events
SSRI regularly hosts training sessions and events focused on Research Administration and Development. The scope of these events range from technical “how do I…” workshops to large-scale, multi-institutional conferences. All are designed to encourage scholarly research and collaboration at all levels. SSRI is hosting a series of monthly lunch-time information sessions on research development in the behavioral and social sciences. Presenters include current and past program officers and administrators from federal agencies speaking on a variety of topics related to sponsored research. The primary goal of this series is to facilitate interdisciplinary research in the social sciences.
This series of workshops will provide guidance on various topics related to the development, preparation, and submission of grant proposals. Sessions are organized topically and by funding sponsor. See below for upcoming sessions.
